This notice explains what happens with the details you send through the early access form on ledraw.app.
Who is responsible

What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, the screens you build, the controllers you use and your message.
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. While you fill in the form, your answers are kept only in your own browser until you close the tab, so you do not lose them if you open this page. Nothing is sent until you press the button.
Why we use it
To reply to your early access request and to keep you informed about LEDraw testing. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms delivers the form to our inbox.
- Zoho Mail hosts our email.
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and the testing programme, and at most 24 months after our last contact. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to restrict or object to their use, or to receive a copy. Write to victor@ledraw.app. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
